Who Sends You Your ID
Every BetPro/BPExch account is opened by a dealer, not by you filling out a form. Dealers work through a small hierarchy, a user account like yours sits under a dealer, who reports to a master account above them. You’ll only ever deal with your own dealer directly on WhatsApp.
What Happens When You Message A Dealer
You message your dealer, tell them you want a Dubai account, and give them your preferred payment method. They don’t ask for a CNIC, an email, or any document. Within a few minutes, they send back a username and password you can log in with straight away.
Funding Your First Deposit
To activate a user account, you’ll need at least Dirhams (AED) 500 as your first deposit, sent through whichever method you agreed on with your dealer. That deposit goes through your dealer as well, there’s no separate payment gateway or card entry involved.
Once You’re Logged In
Your first job after logging in is changing the password your dealer gave you. From there, every deposit or withdrawal request also goes back through the same WhatsApp conversation, your dealer is your point of contact for the whole account, not just the signup.
