These terms cover one thing only: your use of BetPro Dubai's WhatsApp support service. They don't extend to, and aren't issued by, BetPro or BPExch. We're not a party to anything that happens on that platform once your account is set up, these terms simply set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. 02What We Do
We connect you with an independent dealer over WhatsApp who can create an account, help with login access, and pass deposit or withdrawal requests to the platform on your behalf. That's the full extent of our role, we do not operate the betting platform itself, hold your funds, process payments directly, or have any part in what happens on the platform once you're logged in. 03Eligibility
This service is intended for adults only. By contacting us, you confirm that you meet the legal age for online betting services wherever you're located, and that you are responsible for checking whether using such a platform is permitted where you live.
04Your Responsibilities
- Keep your account ID, password, and any verification details private.
- Verify you're messaging your own dealer before sending payment or personal information.

05No Guarantee Of Service
Account setup, login help, and deposit/withdrawal support depend on dealer availability and the third-party platform itself. We don't guarantee response times, account approval, platform uptime, or any particular outcome.
06Payments
We are not a payment processor and don't accept payments through this website. Any deposit or withdrawal happens directly between you and your dealer on WhatsApp, using whichever method you both agree on.
